ok so this is a birthday commission I have been working on for a while now, she has been made for a very special person!! This pony used to be a very baity Ginger Bread G1, I removed what was left of her hair and cleaned her out of her tail rust, poor girl! She has a fully body re-paint, I wasn't able to do dye job for her as she is going to be a light up pony. As you can see I have cut out a moon and few stars and backed them with orange/pink irridescent paper so that when the light is on it will shine through. I have painted white stars and starry dots across her display side. She was re-rooted in silver sparkly hair and her mane was placed up into a bun with added dangly silver stars and pearl silver pins, I have also added fibre optics in the mane and tail although you can't see them very well. Her eyes were re-painted silver and swarovski crystals were added to make them sparkle. I will be taking some more pics of her later on tonight when its dark! Hope you all like her. love laura x
Oh wow, I was there at the My Little Pony Convention when this was there! I met your daughter and voted for your custom, Looks much better in person I have to say,
You just keep coming up with these wonder ponies! I don't know how you do it.
I love the idea of a light-up pony. Before I realised she could be lit up, I thought her cut-out marking and stained glass effect looked really beautiful anyway. I can only imagine how she looks all done up.
I thikn all her star markings could have been overdone, but you did really well. There's a lot of them, but there's not too many. It looks really lovel.
As ever, you give your ponies such beautiful hairstyles. I love her starry chopsticks!
She's so beautiful, I'd love to turn myself into a baity pony and turn myslef up on your doorstep x3
