Yes she is a baby G3 Blue Repunzel

Yay for Repunzel!!!
Well she is a copy of the G1 version of Repunzel, I have copied her design and made it super tiny to fit on this girl :S , her hair is two shades of blue, please don't ask what colours they were I just can't remember! poo!
The hair has been boil permed and stuffed into an airing cupboard for one night!
